Important: Please read this document carefully before using the services of New England Coaching and its provider lifemastering AS. By doing so, or indicating your agreement by clicking the Accept button putting a check in the Accept box, you acknowledge that you have understood, read, and do agree, to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms”), and to comply with all applicable laws and regulation. The following constitutes a legal agreement between you, New England Coaching and its service provider lifemastering AS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THIS WEB SITE.

We may at any time revise these terms, with 14 days prior notice. Such notice to be given by publishing revised terms on our website. Your use of the Service after any such notice will indicate that you agree to be bound by the revised and prevailing Terms.

You are permitted to use the Service only if you are at least 18 years of age or have been authorized to use by a consenting adult.

You are not permitted to achieve or try to achieve access to any network or computers connected to the Service, access to others accounts, or any other unauthorized access to the Service.

All information stored in our databases of is registered by you.

The purpose of registration is to enable you to use the Service by building a Possibility Board and associated activities. By registering, an account will be established for you, where you can use the registered information to optimize the use of the tool. You may also select to receive e-mail reminders at your sole discretion.

We will not trade or distribute information registered by you to others in ways other than those described in this Terms.

New England Coaching offers personalized access and you are only able to see your own data. You are responsible for keeping username and password in a safe way, and solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account.

Passwords are not stored in our databases. This is safely handled by MD5 one way hash so that passwords never can be found by anyone under any circumstance. Every backup is encrypted.

You can at any time modify, add or delete information on your account at New England Coaching.

After a written and signed inquiry from you, we will provide information about the data registered by you, and delete all information you have stored, and your account in our databases within reasonable time.

Our online provider of payment solution ensures that Personal data in respect of payment is taken care of. This company is BBS, a leading international supplier of payment solutions for web shops and member sites. All communication is encrypted. The Credit card number you fill in is not available for us.

We have no responsibility for the services provided by BBS.

Please note that this is an international transaction. Depending on the issuer of your Credit Card, their maybe a small fee incurred. New England Coaching can not be held responsible for any additional fees that the credit card issuer may add to the order on behalf of the credit card holder

You acknowledge that any and all of the copyright, trade marks, trade names, patents and other intellectual property rights used in or in connection with the Service shall remain the sole property of New England Coaching or its affiliates, partners, licensors, or contributors.

Please do not provide us with confidential information, proprietary information or sensitive.

You hereby represent and warrant that the material and information provided to us by you will not constitute an infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights of any other person.

YOU MUST ONLY USE THIS SITE IF YOU AGREE THAT NEW ENGLAND COACHING, IT’S SERVICE PROVIDERS, SPONSORS AND ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AND/OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS, COST, EXPENSE OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER OR HOWSOEVER CAUSED ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE, THE USE OF NEW ENGLAND COACHING’S WEB SITE, OR ANY USE OF OTHER HYPER LINKED WEB SITE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT TO WHICH IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW TO EXCLUDE SUCH LIABILITY.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY, IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, IS TO TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any and no reason by sending a notification to the other party. Our termination implies ending your access to The Service and termination by you implies ending the use of the Service. NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, and any action brought by either party against the other party to enforce or interpret this Agreement shall be brought in an appropriate court of such jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, negotiations and discussions between the parties and cannot be altered or amended except by agreement in writing signed by the parties

No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision hereof. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
